All products sold on this website are digital goods delivered exclusively via electronic
download. Our product catalog includes:

• Engineering blueprints and technical drawings (PDF format)
• CNC-ready CAD files (DXF, DWG formats)
• Technical documentation and fabrication guides
• Educational courses and video tutorials

No physical products are sold, manufactured, or shipped from this website. All orders are
fulfilled through our automated digital delivery system immediately upon payment confirmation.

3. License Grant

Upon purchasing a product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
use the purchased digital files under the following terms:

3.1 Personal Use License (Default)

• You may use the purchased files to build one (1) project for personal or professional use
• You may print copies of documentation for your own workshop reference
• You may modify the files for your specific project requirements

3.2 Commercial Use License

• If a product offers a commercial license option, you may use the files to build items for resale
• Commercial licenses cover manufacturing of the specific design purchased
• Redistribution of the original files (digital) remains prohibited under all license types

3.3 Prohibited Uses

• Resale, redistribution, or sharing of the original digital files
• Uploading files to public repositories, file-sharing sites, or forums
• Claiming authorship or ownership of the designs
• Sub-licensing the files to third parties
• Using the files to create competing products (templates, plans, or blueprint packs)

4. Intellectual Property

All digital products, including but not limited to blueprints, CAD files, course materials, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Brett Liam. Purchasing a product grants you a usage license only — ownership of the intellectual property remains with the Company.

Our designs may reference industry standards including AWS (American Welding Society) codes, AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) standards, and SAE specifications. References to these standards do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with these organizations.

5. Digital Delivery & Fulfillment

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• Immediate download access via your account dashboard
• An order confirmation email with secure download links
• Download links are valid for 7 days and limited to 5 download attempts

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refund exceptions are made only for:

• Defective files (corrupted or unreadable)
• Incorrect product delivery (wrong files provided)

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our blueprints and CAD files are provided “as-is” for informational and reference purposes. While our designs are
created by experienced fabricators and tested in shop environments:

• We do not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose or application
• Users are responsible for verifying all dimensions, load calculations, and material specifications before fabrication
• Local building codes, welding certifications, and engineering requirements vary by jurisdiction — compliance is the user's responsibility
• We recommend consulting a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) for structural applications

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brett Liam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from the use of our digital products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product in question.

9. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Each account is for individual use only — account sharing is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

10. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All prices are displayed in USD. Tax obligations, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your billing jurisdiction.

11. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team constitutes a violation of
these Terms. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

• Immediate suspension of your account and download access
• Revocation of all licenses granted under the disputed order
• Referral to our fraud prevention partner for documentation

12. Modifications to Terms
