5. Download Security

Your downloads are protected by multiple security measures:

All download links are unique, encrypted, and tied to your account
Download activity is logged (timestamp, IP address, user agent) for your protection
Files are served over HTTPS with end-to-end encryption
Sequential download IDs are not used — each link contains a unique cryptographic token

6. Lost Access & Reactivation

If you lose access to your purchased files, whether due to expired links, exhausted download attempts, or technical issues, you can request reactivation:

Contact support with your order number
Verify your identity — we'll confirm ownership using your registered email
Receive new links — typically within 4 business hours

Reactivation requests are handled free of charge for verified purchasers.

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience any problems with your digital delivery, please try the following before contacting support:

Check your email spam/junk folder for the order confirmation
Try a different browser if download links aren't working
Disable browser extensions (ad blockers may interfere with downloads)

If the issue persists, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Our support team responds within 4 business hours during regular business days (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM).

8. Consent to Immediate Delivery

By completing a purchase on this website, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once download access has been provided, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) and applicable consumer protection laws.
