generally considered final. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are digital files that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. Once download access has been provided, the transaction is considered complete. This is standard practice for digital product publishers, as digital files cannot be “returned” in the traditional
sense.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed the product description, file formats, and specifications before purchasing
- You consent to immediate digital delivery
- You understand that digital products are non-returnable
2. Refund Exceptions
While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products. We will issue a refund or replacement in
the following exceptional circumstances:

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under the exceptions listed above:
- Contact support at orders@ready-cut.store within 72 hours of purchase
- Include your order number in the subject line (e.g., “Refund Request — Order #12345”)
- Describe the issue with details and, if applicable, screenshots showing the defect
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse after purchasing
- Inability to open files due to lack of required software (software requirements are listed on each product page)
- Requests made more than 72 hours after purchase (except duplicate charges)
- Dissatisfaction with the complexity or skill level required to execute a project from the blueprints
- Failure to read the product description or specifications before purchasing
5. Replacement Over Refund
In most cases where a legitimate issue exists, we prefer to resolve the problem by providing:
- Corrected or updated files delivered to your account
- Alternative file formats if compatibility is the issue
- Technical support to help resolve download or access problems
Cash refunds are considered a last resort when the above solutions cannot resolve the issue.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or
payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks — filed without first contacting our support team —are considered a violation of our terms of service and will result in:
- Immediate account suspension and revocation of all download access
- Submission of delivery evidence (timestamps, IP logs, download records) to the payment provider
- Potential referral to collections for the disputed amount plus administrative fees
We maintain detailed records of all transactions, digital consent acknowledgments, download timestamps, and IP addresses. This evidence is provided to payment processors during any dispute resolution process.
